What is the difference between Class sessions and Lab sessions?

Class sessions:

Focus on teaching a particular set of concepts and skills from the Own the Ask curriculum by an instructor. Each class session will include slides, interactive discussion, a post-class recording, and practical application resources from the Own the Ask Leader Toolkit.

Lab sessions:

Are where fundraising leaders (students) apply their fundraising knowledge, skills, and expertise in practice with one another through observation, role-playing, and mock donor asks. Lab sessions are designed to build confidence and improve skill mastery in donor dialogue through deliberate practice, feedback, and self-reflection.
