Fundraising Academy

Own the Ask is a fundraising training program for nonprofit leaders, board members, staff, and volunteers who struggle with making the ask due to four key barriers: believing they lack access to wealthy donors, assuming wealthy donors aren't values-aligned, failing to build relationships, and fear of asking.

The academy teaches a right-sized fundraising workflow, donor cultivation tactics, a healthier relationship with money, confidence through conversational tools and 20 hours of practice, plus guidance on preparing for and following up on donor meetings.
